Responsibilities
Provide Telecom solutions for ATMs: Deliver Telecom solutions, including configuration of 3G/4G modems and NGN for expansion and implementation of redundancy in the VIP Network.
Technology migration: Keep Telecom inventory and the central logistics center stocked with a minimum quantity of functional modems.
Modem base maintenance: Repair and maintenance of defective modems and management of second-level maintenance with the supplier.
Management of technology shipments: Process shipments of modems and other Telecom items (OPA, extenders, etc.) to UOs and PLAs according to received requests, as well as receive and properly inspect equipment returned from the field.
Organization and kit management: Organize, identify, and separate Telecom items returned from the field, verifying the completeness and integrity of the components that make up the 3G/4G kits, and ensuring maintenance and standardization of the configuration area.
Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma required.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Telecommunications, IT, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
Training/Certifications:
- Courses in electrical/electronics, Telecom (e.g., CCNA) or related training (desirable).
Knowledge and skills:
- Assembly and maintenance of electro-electronic and/or Telecom equipment (modems, routers, etc.).
- Microcomputer knowledge (hardware and software).
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, data and telephony line installations.
- Handling of tools and electronic equipment.
- Maintenance and basic operation of data networks.
