About the role
- 1st-Responder on TechOps team ensuring reliability and security of PPRO's payment platform. Troubleshooting issues, collaborating with experts, and contributing to system security.
Responsibilities
- Be the first line of defence: Troubleshoot technical issues and security incidents ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and that our platform remains secure.
- Master our monitoring tools: Use DataDog to proactively identify and resolve problems, keeping our platform running smoothly.
- Collaborate with experts: Work with Engineering, Security, Product and Support teams to find solutions, improve our platform and respond to security events.
- Become a product expert: Master PPRO's products and guide users with your knowledge while also contributing to the security of our systems.
