About the role

  • Be the first line of defence: Troubleshoot technical issues and security incidents ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and that our platform remains secure.
  • Master our monitoring tools: Use DataDog to proactively identify and resolve problems, keeping our platform running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with experts: Work with Engineering, Security, Product and Support teams to find solutions, improve our platform and respond to security events.
  • Become a product expert: Master PPRO's products and guide users with your knowledge while also contributing to the security of our systems.
