Responsibilities
Lead and support daily warehouse operations at an assigned facility.
Partner with onsite leadership to meet customer service and quality standards.
Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
Review performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate employee scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management.
Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and retaining warehouse staff.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Monitor labor costs, minimize waste, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Serve as the main communication link between operations, employees, and customers.
Inspire accountability, set clear goals, and promote positive workplace culture.
Establish and maintain consistent and proper communication with internal and external management teams.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
Reviews and analyzes daily and weekly reports to ensure constant improvement in operations.
Partners with onsite management team to ensure timely completion and administration of all employment tasks including employee scheduling, timekeeping, performance reviews, corrective actions, status changes, separations, attendance, and timely submission of required payroll data.
Supervises or assists in recruiting, hiring, training, and retention of employees.
Works with the onsite management team in administering operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
Serves as an interface between operations, customers, administration, employees, and logistics.
Provides leadership and guidance to frontline employees.
Establishes and communicates goals and objectives.
Emphasizes accountability and inspires positive behavior changes.

Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and senior leadership.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a warehouse or production environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed production and operational goals.
Experience with employee scheduling, performance management, and HR processes.
Strong analytical skills for reviewing reports and identifying areas for improvement.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift. Capable of repeatedly lifting and moving pallets and materials, which may be heavy. Requires good manual dexterity and tactile sensitivity for inspecting pallet condition. Ability to hear and understand verbal instructions and safety alarms in a warehouse environment. Excellent vision (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus) for inspecting pallets and observing surroundings for safety.
