About the role
- Provide technical support to field engineers and technicians
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex equipment and software
- Report design, reliability, and maintenance problems to engineering
- Assist in customer installation and training
Requirements
- Solid understanding of protocols and applications
- Experience with NetApp Storage System operating systems such as Data ONTAP
- Knowledge in analyzing and tuning storage performance
- Expertise in UNIX/Linux configuration and Microsoft Windows environment
- Familiarity with Network Attached Storage protocols (NFS/CIFS/iSCSI)
- Minimum 3 years related experience, or advanced degree with 3-5 years of experience
