Responsibilities
Provide excellent support to Bizzdesign customers
Help customers achieve maximum value with our platform
Get to know products inside and outside, and develop into an expert in functional areas
Work closely with other departments to arrive at optimal solutions
Coordinate colleagues with the right competencies
Assist customers in installing the platform on local servers
Analyze log files and write scripts to simplify work
Contribute actively to improving support processes and systems
Requirements
HBO work and thinking level/MBO 4 diploma in IT
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Dutch is preferred
Available to work for 32 - 40 hours a week
Good at solving problems
Able to ask the right questions quickly to understand customer needs
Capable of summarizing problem reports well
Good, warm, clear, and precise communication skills
