About the role

  • Provide excellent support to Bizzdesign customers
  • Help customers achieve maximum value with our platform
  • Get to know products inside and outside, and develop into an expert in functional areas
  • Work closely with other departments to arrive at optimal solutions
  • Coordinate colleagues with the right competencies
  • Assist customers in installing the platform on local servers
  • Analyze log files and write scripts to simplify work
  • Contribute actively to improving support processes and systems

Requirements

  • HBO work and thinking level/MBO 4 diploma in IT
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Dutch is preferred
  • Available to work for 32 - 40 hours a week
  • Good at solving problems
  • Able to ask the right questions quickly to understand customer needs
  • Capable of summarizing problem reports well
  • Good, warm, clear, and precise communication skills
