Responsibilities
Technical consulting on application possibilities and extensibility of the SCADA system Biobrain® Supervise
Advise and support service staff worldwide with technical issues
Participate in product release processes of the development departments
Close collaboration with Quality and Development teams
Requirements
Successfully completed vocational training with a focus on electrical engineering and relevant professional experience; alternatively, a qualification as a technician/master or a bachelor’s degree in a related field
Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems Windows 10/11 and MS Server 2022 & 2025
Confident handling of computer hardware and software
Network and IT administration skills are desirable
Understanding of processes in complex automation systems
Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment is desirable
Strong communication skills and a high level of service- and solution-orientation
Fluent English skills, spoken and written, are mandatory; German skills are an advantage
