About the role

  • Technical Sourcer at GM developing talent pipelines and fostering relationships with recruiters and partners. Using data to enhance talent attraction strategies within diverse technical roles.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with and actively building collaborative relationships with recruiters, TA leaders, HR partners, and sourcing teammates.
  • Using data insight to create sourcing strategies for niche skills, diversity, and critical skills; collaborating with peers and junior teammates to implement your sourcing strategies.
  • Reporting on metrics of sourcing activities for assigned skillset area, including pre/post event KPI and ROI analysis.
  • Influence and education business and HR leaders through data; acting as Talent Attraction’s trusted coach and guide.
  • Actively building diverse and qualified salaried pipeline to fill openings.
  • Creating outstanding experiences for candidates and internal partners by personalizing interactions and maintaining integrity & timely responses.
  • Leading skill-based Sourcing Jams for your team to share ideas, lessons learned and align resources.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of technical sourcing experience for Software Development Engineers, AI, ML, Data Scientists, Technical Program Managers, and Software Development Managers directly from Top Tech companies.
  • Undergraduate degree or 4 years equivalent experience.
  • Experience with common sourcing tools and related TA tools.
  • Ability to leverage raw data and build data stories that influence through data visualization and narrative storytelling.
  • Experience using a CRM to pipeline talent, run send on behalf of campaigns etc.
  • Ability to establish relationships and build networks to accomplish goals.
  • Project management proficiencies; including time management, delegation, and progress reports.
  • Understanding of applicable employment law as required.
