About the role

  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and implement business development initiatives for domestic and overseas audio brands
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners (SoC, ODM, IDH) to provide tailored solutions and ensure positive experiences
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitors
  • Provide technical support and expertise during the sales and business development process, including product demonstrations, reports, technical presentations, and training sessions
  • Travel within Guangdong province (including Zhuhai, Dongguan, Shenzhen, etc.) and occasionally to other locations nationally and internationally for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Manage ODM and IDH data in CRM systems, develop and maintain ODM partnerships, and act as a liaison between Western brand customers and Eastern supply chain partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, project management or international sales
  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry is required; a background with ODMs or IDHs is preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of embedded systems, hardware / software technologies or manufacturing processes in the audio or consumer electronics domain
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Native Mandarin speaker, fluent in English.
