Akquise neuer Sponsoren und Partner:innen

Reporting und Pipeline-Management (HubSpot)
Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Partnerschaften
Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Event- und Marketing-Team
Führung eines kleinen Teams von Volunteers
Requirements
Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Sales, idealerweise im Bereich Sponsoring/Events mit nationaler resp. internationaler Ausstrahlung
Unternehmerisches Denken, sympathisches Auftreten und Freude am Verkauf
Fähigkeit, Zusammenhänge schnell zu erkennen und proaktiv zu handeln
Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (HubSpot von Vorteil)
Service- und Kundenorientiert
Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Schweizerdeutsch zwingend)
