About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for building scalable sales funnels and engaging with public sector clients. Joining neuraflow to enhance digital administration through AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a scalable sales funnel for public sector clients
  • Identify, approach, and qualify municipalities and government agencies
  • Proactively engage potential customers — not with empty promises, but with real value that many are already seeking
  • Deliver compelling product demos in close coordination with Tech & Product
  • Conduct negotiation with a focus on closing — you bring deals across the finish line
  • Contribute to market analyses and the development of new target groups

Requirements

  • Some initial experience in sales (e.g., B2B, SaaS, public sector) is a plus — but not required
  • You want responsibility, are curious, and persuasive
  • You can communicate effectively, build trust, and close deals
  • You have a hunter mentality: initiative and a drive to close deals matter more to you than daily hand-holding
  • You enjoy talking to people, even when they are initially skeptical
  • Career changers with drive, tech affinity, and strong communication skills are welcome
