About the role

  • Work closely with Engineers to make sure Customers get maximum value from Statflo
  • Translate incoming requests into clear, actionable tasks and keep priorities aligned for efficiency
  • Manage incoming requests: review, refine, and prioritise tasks, balancing Customer value and Engineering effort
  • Handle configurations, simple scripting work, and data investigations personally
  • Communicate: keep stakeholders in the loop at every step
  • Improve operations: identify repetitive, error-prone and tedious tasks and work with Engineers to improve workflows, build tooling and automation
  • Onboard Customers: coordinate the technical side of Customer onboarding, ensuring everything works on time

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Support or Onboarding Specialist
  • Technical skills, preferably in streamlining and automation of operations (Advanced SQL and Python)
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Organized with a knack for improving and building solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bonus: Experience in Telco Retail
  • Willingness/ability to work from downtown Toronto office 2 days a week (by Union Station)
  • Authorization to work in Canada (application asks if authorized)
