Responsibilities
- Drive strategy, execution, and operational excellence across a portfolio of high-impact features that power our Data & Ecosystem Platform
- Support a portfolio of features that enable frictionless integration across providers, payers, labs, and public health systems
- Drive open ecosystem innovation through APIs and partner solutions
- Leverage data-driven insights to improve clinical and operational outcomes in value-based care
- Collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional partners
- Play a key role in major change management initiatives
- Conduct monthly portfolio reviews with zone leaders
- Align strategic priorities with internal and external customer roadmaps
- Clearly articulate value at both the feature and aggregate levels
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 7-10 years overall professional experience
- 3-5 years in product operations, product management, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of product management and/or applicable healthcare domains (revenue cycle, EHR, population health, patient engagement)
- Understanding and experience with interoperability, integrations, value-based care, and leveraging payer connections preferred
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices
- Highly self-driven, with the ability to teach and learn at a fast pace
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across multiple zones
- Uses data and metrics to inform prioritization and process improvements
- Communicates effectively across teams and with cross-functional partners (e.g., release readiness, product analytics, UX)
- Contributes to customer-centric planning and execution
- Experience with client communications in a B2B setting preferred
