About the role

  • Apply strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges
  • Develop and test strategies that impact the bottom line
  • Work with call center, branch, and bank operations teams to improve customer experience
  • Use analytics to understand customer voice via surveys, servicing call reasons, and complaints data
  • Identify high leverage customer friction areas and build solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
  • At least 2 years of experience in analysis
  • Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in analysis (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience in consulting (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in people management (preferred)
