Requirements
4–6 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar roles in a SaaS company.
Strong systems thinking skills and a passion for leveraging AI and building agent-based solutions to maximize efficiency and impact.
Proven ability to run and improve cross-functional processes, from planning to launch.
Hands-on experience leveraging tools for product usage analysis (Pendo), issue tracking (Jira/Linear), and feature flag management.
Experience connecting customer insights and usage patterns to provide actionable recommendations that improve product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and organization skills; you hold others accountable while building strong relationships.
Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
