About the role
- Product Operations Manager assisting in product lifecycle management at Reward Gateway. Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth operations and delivering excellent product experience.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate key planning and delivery rituals across your cluster.
- Partner with Product Directors and PMs to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
- Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle.
- Track incoming ideas, feature requests, and feedback for PM/Cluster prioritization.
- Maintain accurate and accessible repositories of product documentation.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key operational metrics.
- Support PMs on key client calls and product updates.
Requirements
- A solid track record in product operations or product management of at least 3+ years within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience of product management best practices
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Heap, etc.).
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence across cross-functional teams, particularly under high-pressure or time-sensitive scenarios.
- Good ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
