About the role

  • Publicize, attract and select candidates for technology positions, including sourcing, screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and active hunting, with an emphasis on SAP professionals.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct detailed talent market mapping, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential candidates.
  • Run recruitment processes for a variety of profiles and seniority levels with flexibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular analyses of key metrics such as time-to-fill, retention rate, and hiring diversity.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Tech Recruiter on global projects, especially recruiting SAP consultants.
  • Advanced English proficiency for conducting interviews.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience focused on recruitment processes for IT outsourcing consulting firms.
