About the role

Responsibilities
- Technical and disciplinary responsibility for a cross-functional software development team
- Manage and develop the team both professionally and personally
- Overall responsibility for products throughout their lifecycle — from conception to continuous improvement
- Prioritize and manage product roadmaps in line with market requirements and company strategy
- Create transparency for all stakeholders
- Ensure requirements are clearly analyzed and presented in a way that is understandable for development teams
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external product requests
- Promote an agile, collaborative team culture and support the team in applying agile methods
- Responsible for personnel development, feedback/performance discussions, and team development
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or in a comparable leadership role, ideally in the IT or telecommunications sector
- Experience leading and developing employees
- Familiarity with agile working methods and tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Strong technical and business understanding, especially in IT/software, telecommunications and broadband technologies
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Willingness to take responsibility and a genuine interest in motivating people and achieving goals together
- Quick grasp of technical systems and requirements
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
