Responsibilities

  • Implement marketing and sales measures within an assigned sales territory
  • Merchandise planning, listing implementations, and optimization of product presentation
  • Independent and proactive management of assigned grocery retail and foodservice customers
  • Implementation of sales campaigns and promotional activities
  • Development of new and sustainable customer relationships
  • Preparation for and participation in trade fairs
  • Reporting on market developments

Requirements

  • Preferably completed commercial vocational training or equivalent
  • Experience in sales or retail
  • Results-oriented and structured working style
  • Good communication skills with a customer- and team-oriented approach
  • High level of reliability, initiative, and commitment
  • Experience using digital tools
  • Ideally based in the Buchholz in der Nordheide / Seevetal area
  • Willingness to stay overnight within the sales territory
