About the role
- Further development of our AI chatbot and the digital tax portfolio
- Rolling out AI-based customer solutions to additional topics and products
- Reviewing and evaluating tax content generated by AI
- Deriving thematic priorities and product developments from AI users' usage patterns and from competitor monitoring
- Creating original income tax content for steuertipps.de, AI solutions or other digital products — and, if needed, print products
Requirements
- Solid tax knowledge, especially in income tax — experience handling tax cases is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for AI and digital applications
- Willingness to understand and apply technical AI fundamentals, such as prompting
- Strong customer focus to advance AI-based products in a user-oriented way
- Desire to make tax knowledge understandable for laypeople and non-experts
- Enjoy writing, including with the support of AI, with a clear focus on customer benefit
- Creativity and initiative in developing new ideas and a readiness to implement them
