Responsibilities
Management and continuous expansion of B2C (B2B) content across approximately 90 German center websites and consumer apps
Creation, management and further development of content in close collaboration with business units, centers and external partners
Development and implementation of a long-term content strategy (website & app) aligned with user needs, the customer journey and KPIs
Management of ongoing content updates and optimization of content workflows
Definition, implementation and enforcement of guidelines and quality standards for all digital touchpoints
SEO optimization focusing on the visibility and indexing of content in LLM-based search and AI systems to maximize organic reach
Ensuring WCAG compliance across all web properties
Continuous end-to-end monitoring, reporting and KPI analysis
Management and coordination of external lead and content agencies
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in digital content management and in the content-related and structural development of websites
Strong conceptual and creative skills combined with a hands-on mentality and technical understanding of web and app architectures
Experience with cross-channel marketing
High process and quality orientation and a drive for continuous optimization of workflows within complex organizational structures
KPI-driven working style with strong analytical skills and knowledge of common analytics tools
Confident stakeholder management and strong communication skills
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
