About the role

  • Talent Sourcing Professional responsible for working with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers. Focused on creating requirement profiles and sourcing strategies for candidate recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • In close collaboration with Talent Acquisition Professionals and Hiring Managers, create requirement profiles and define a sourcing strategy
  • Search in networks and databases such as LinkedIn or Indeed for suitable candidates and establish initial contact to candidates through a targeted approach
  • Evaluate a first fit and present the profile to the Hiring team
  • Own all Sourcing platforms and share knowledge with the global Talent Acquisition team
  • Work with talent insights data and understanding the talent market to create Talent Maps and shape the Recruitment Strategy
  • Build a sustainable and efficient candidate network and maintain it continuously
  • Plan the strategic approach for attending career fairs and university cooperation's

Requirements

  • Experienced in candidate sourcing in an existing in – house recruitment team or working in a recruitment agency looking to take the first step to move in - house
  • Experience of Talent Sourcing, including working with online networks and databases like LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Ability to work with data analytics, systems and databases
  • Strong communication skills, creativity and a positive mindset, attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships with internal hiring stakeholders and to work collaboratively with the wider TA team
  • Ability to prioritize workload and juggle multiple requests at the same time
  • The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK
