About the role
- Analyst supporting Ariba & SAP Procurement functions at top dairy processor. Collaborating with teams and optimizing procurement systems, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- This position will directly support the Ariba & SAP Procurement functions, providing analytical and tactical support.
- This role will be key to the accuracy and success of Ariba as it will have day to day responsibility for key pieces of functional master data within Ariba.
- This Analyst will work cross functionally and support efforts to optimize systems, policies and procedures that support the Procurement process.
- As a member of the Procurement team, the analyst will collaborate with Procurement Category Managers, third party partners, Accounts Payable and Master Data Management team to drive performance within the procurement community.
- Assist with SAP Pricing Contracts, updating pricing.
- Help resolve invoice/PO discrepancies utilizing SAP, Ariba, VIM Key Change Request for master data changes for Procurement team
- Assist with development and publication of reporting, dashboards and KPIs
- Assist with development and publication of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and/or QRGs for Ariba
- Provide ad-hoc analysis for required
Requirements
- 1-3 Years of Supply Chain or related experience is required.
- BA, BS or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance or related field preferred
- SAP experience is preferred, not required.
- Experience working in spreadsheets, software systems.
- Strong technical proficiency with spreadsheets and business software systems
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify issues quickly and ensure accuracy
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to influence process improvement and drive change within a matrix organization
