A successful track record of working as a Talent & Development professional ideally within sales environments and the technology sector.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience of leading the delivery of Management Development Programmes
A fresh and innovative thinker that proactively identifies creative digital solutions to problems.
Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
A consultative mindset with the ability to provide solutions to complex problems in a growing global business.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development
CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development or similar would be advantageous.
Technology industry experience is essential
