About the role

  • Talent Administrator providing administrative support to Talent Acquisition team in recruitment processes at Solirius Reply. Managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers in coordinating all stages of the recruitment process
  • Managing job postings across various platforms, ensuring consistency of adverts and branding
  • Supporting with scheduling interviews, assessments, and candidate meetings
  • Preparing recruitment documents, maintaining the ATS and spreadsheets
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation is stored and managed in line with data protection policies
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g. candidate pipeline status) and produce basic reports
  • Prepare and issue offer letters via our ATS system
  • Manage onboarding forms for perm and contractor hiring
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Requirements

  • A degree is required, preferably in Human Resources, Marketing, or Business.
  • Experience of working with document, spreadsheet and presentation software
  • Experience of recruitment processes and procedures is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
