About the role

  • Proactively source quality candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  • Review applications to assess suitability for roles and organisational fit
  • Conduct initial screens and interviews, capturing clear, detailed notes on candidate suitability
  • Manage job offers and negotiate employment terms when required
  • Coordinate testing and due diligence with the P&C Coordinator
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and contribute to system improvements and data-driven hiring

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably within financial services
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels, including LinkedIn and networks
  • Ability to assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit
  • Confident interview and offer negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with pre-employment checks and system accuracy
  • A commitment to delivering a positive, professional candidate experience
  • Strong collaboration skills with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for finding great talent
