About the role

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from intake, advertising, and pre-screening to interviews, reference checks, offers, and contract preparation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop accurate position descriptions.
  • Support new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices, including compensation benchmarking and interpretation of psychometric assessments.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on talent-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key roles to meet both current and future business needs.
  • Ensure all candidates complete pre-hire requirements, including background checks and psychometric testing.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Conduct research on HR and recruitment topics as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Proven ability to design and execute sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency with recruiting technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms).
  • Independent, resourceful, and structured approach to work.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
