Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from intake, advertising, and pre-screening to interviews, reference checks, offers, and contract preparation.

Ensure all candidates complete pre-hire requirements, including background checks and psychometric testing.
Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Conduct research on HR and recruitment topics as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
A collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to customer service.
