About the role

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for Australia across GTM and Clinical (NP/Dr) roles
  • Run role intakes, write ads, source, screen, structure interviews, and build offers
  • Keep hiring velocity high and ensure proactive, clear, and kind candidate communications
  • Champion internal mobility and support fair, transparent hiring processes
  • Write creative, scroll-stopping job ads and outreach that reflect Fresh’s brand
  • Maintain Rippling ATS as a single source of truth and send weekly hiring reports
  • Coach hiring leaders on interviewing best practice and structured decision-making
  • Balance strategic impact with day-to-day delivery in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Proven recruitment experience across GTM roles in Australia (bonus points for clinical hiring experience)
  • Comfort working with AHPRA-registered talent (NPs/Doctors)
  • Strong stakeholder management—trusted, proactive, commercially minded
  • A bias for action: maintain momentum without compromising quality
  • Clean ATS discipline (Rippling a plus) and sharp documentation habits
  • Creative approach to ads and outreach that reflect Fresh’s brand
  • Exceptional communication: candidates and leaders never chase you for updates
  • Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for AU across GTM and Clinical roles
  • Available for an immediate start
  • Experience writing ads, sourcing, screening, structuring interviews, and building offers
