About the role

  • Support hiring activities for The Providence Center and assigned business group
  • Directly manage and coordinate full recruiting life cycle workflow for assigned business group
  • Actively source candidates and work closely with hiring managers on recruitment strategy
  • Screen candidates for managers and pass along competent candidates; intermittent direct candidate screening
  • Implement and enforce the strategic Workforce Development Plan
  • Represent the organization and exhibit professionalism and customer service
  • Collaborate with location-specific HR team, Talent Acquisition colleagues, and front line management
  • Manage 50+ requisitions: post reqs, secure requirements, review and recommend applicants, manage offer work up and delivery, and oversee onboarding tasks partnering with the HR Support team
  • Manage career events, college/school relations and activities, business unit staffing recap meetings, and support results reporting

Requirements

  • High School Degree or GED Required; Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, or other related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Preference for candidates with previous/current experience recruiting in a healthcare system, with exposure to behavioral services activity and environment
  • Must have knowledge of MS office products, Power-point, Word, Excel, and Access
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required
  • Ability to manage 50+ requisitions full life cycle
  • Ability to work Business hours Monday - Friday; Hybrid (days in and days remote) with on-site work at the Providence Center when required
  • Ability to perform essential job-specific functions either unaided or with reasonable accommodation per ADA
