Support hiring activities for The Providence Center and assigned business group
Directly manage and coordinate full recruiting life cycle workflow for assigned business group
Actively source candidates and work closely with hiring managers on recruitment strategy
Screen candidates for managers and pass along competent candidates; intermittent direct candidate screening
Implement and enforce the strategic Workforce Development Plan
Represent the organization and exhibit professionalism and customer service
Collaborate with location-specific HR team, Talent Acquisition colleagues, and front line management
Manage 50+ requisitions: post reqs, secure requirements, review and recommend applicants, manage offer work up and delivery, and oversee onboarding tasks partnering with the HR Support team
Manage career events, college/school relations and activities, business unit staffing recap meetings, and support results reporting
Requirements
High School Degree or GED Required; Bachelors Degree Preferred
3-5 years experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, or other related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Preference for candidates with previous/current experience recruiting in a healthcare system, with exposure to behavioral services activity and environment
Must have knowledge of MS office products, Power-point, Word, Excel, and Access
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required
Ability to manage 50+ requisitions full life cycle
Ability to work Business hours Monday - Friday; Hybrid (days in and days remote) with on-site work at the Providence Center when required
Ability to perform essential job-specific functions either unaided or with reasonable accommodation per ADA
