Responsibilities

  • Take part in defining and updating job descriptions
  • Handle the screening of incoming applications
  • Conduct active headhunting on LinkedIn
  • Participate in interviews
  • Collaborate on the management and improvement of recruitment processes
  • Support candidates throughout their selection experience
  • Assist with data-driven analyses and reporting that support strategies
  • Contribute to projects and campaigns when needed

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Italian and English
  • Proactivity and results orientation
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields (nice-to-have)
  • Knowledge and familiarity with key HR topics (nice-to-have)
  • Proficiency in Spanish (nice-to-have)
  • Customer-oriented mindset (nice-to-have)
