Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Re-engage past applicants by sharing new opportunities aligned with their skills and experience.
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative role within a Talent Acquisition team or a Recruitment Agency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confident using Applicant Tracking Systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
A motivated, proactive, and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Interest or previous experience in the aviation industry would be advantageous.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or other sourcing tools is desirable.
