Responsibilities

• Managing candidate correspondence
• Scheduling interviews
• Managing data entry
• Assisting in the coordination and execution of recruitment advertising/marketing
• Maintaining sensitive information in the strictest confidence
• Supporting special projects across the team including high volume and critical recruiting initiatives

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience working fulltime in a client/customer support role
• 1 or more years of experience using Microsoft Outlook calendar and e-mail correspondence
• Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
• 1 or more years of experience working in a Human Resources function preferred
• High School Diploma required; equivalent work experience may substitute
