Responsibilities

  • Define and implement an effective sourcing strategy.
  • Source, approach and qualify candidates.
  • Assess candidates and conduct structured interviews.
  • Write clear, professional interview reports.
  • Present the best talent to IseeOp.
  • Ensure onboarding follow-up.

  • Proven expertise in recruitment, sourcing and candidate assessment.
  • Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented.
