About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and perform tasks such as updating candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS), interview scheduling, pre-employment checks, offer creation and generating necessary reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage, triage, monitor and respond to emails received into team mailboxes.
  • Take ownership of recruitment-related administrative tasks, including managing queries from candidates and internal stakeholders, and addressing interview scheduling conflicts.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to provide seamless support, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance the efficiency of recruitment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring data integrity in recruitment systems, tracker documents and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and workflows, contributing to the overall optimization of the recruitment function.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, administrative support, or a related role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably experience with Oracle Recruit Cloud and EightFold.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy and consistency in tasks and data management.
  • Strong team player who can collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, terminology, and best practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
