About the role

  • Systemadministrator managing client services and hardware support for banks at Prosystems IT. Responsibilities include client management, hardware administration, and supporting various IT projects.

Responsibilities

  • Administration / Client management
  • Telephony administration
  • Print management administration
  • Administration of specialized hardware for our individual clients
  • Remote diagnostics, fault analysis and troubleshooting
  • Administrative support tasks in projects

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), application developer (m/f/d), or equivalent
  • Career changers with relevant experience in the IT field are welcome
  • Confident use of standard Microsoft products (e.g., Windows, Office, Microsoft 365)
  • Experience with Windows administration
  • Knowledge of the Client Management Console is an advantage
  • Experience in Thin Client administration is desirable
  • Quick comprehension and the ability to familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Strong service orientation and team player mentality
  • Very good German communication skills
