About the role

  • Manage Sales Office documentation and ensure customer requirements are met in Cluj-Napoca office. Act as SPOC for all documentation matters, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Sales Office documentation and ensure customer requirements are met accurately and on schedule
  • Develop and maintain Emerson documentation standards, including layout and content
  • Study drawings, specifications, and product samples to prepare user documentation such as how-to guides and instruction manuals
  • Create Documentation Dossiers per user requirements for MRO and service orders, including table of contents, cover sheets, bookmarks, and citations
  • Collect, organize, and perform quality control on electronic documentation from factories, COFs, and other sources
  • Produce and deliver approval and final documentation in required formats (electronic, paper, CD-ROM)
  • Update ERP systems (OCM, CRM, Oracle) with documentation status
  • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all documentation-related matters
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Project Managers, Order Administrators, and Drawing Teams

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
  • Good level of using Microsoft Office package
  • Strong organizational skills
