About the role

  • Responsible for material and production planning
  • Ensuring timely supply across the supply chain
  • Managing and correcting supply delays
  • Reviewing the feasibility of the agreed demand from S&OP
  • Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing inventories and production capacities
  • Rescheduling production based on available material stocks
  • Preparing delivery schedules
  • Ongoing coordination with colleagues in day-to-day operations
  • Developing and implementing measures to improve efficiency and minimize risk

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Professional experience in production planning or a comparable area
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (IBP, MRP)
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Understanding of complex manufacturing processes
  • Empathy and flexibility
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and a results-oriented mindset
  • High resilience and ability to work under pressure
