About the role

  • Process new enrollments and contributions
  • Make updates to active participant accounts (beneficiary changes, address, SIN, etc.)
  • Support the cash management team by handling deposits (fund transfers, payments, etc.)
  • Review transactions completed by colleagues for accuracy
  • Respond to emails and participate in team meetings

Requirements

  • Currently studying accounting, actuarial science, business administration, or a related field
  • Available to work part-time during the academic term (minimum of 21 hours/week; at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday during the day) and full-time during the summer
  • Demonstrates curiosity, rigor, attention to detail, autonomy, and strong adaptability and versatility
  • Comfortable with technology and tools such as Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Intermediate English — required to read English documentation, communicate via email and video calls with English-speaking colleagues, and collaborate daily with a Canada-wide team
  • Advanced French — required to read French documentation, communicate via email and video calls with French-speaking colleagues, and collaborate daily with a Canada-wide team
