Drive Uncapped’s strategic growth by building and managing partnerships with e-commerce-focused software businesses, tools, service providers and platforms
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to create value-driven alliances that expand reach and enhance fintech solutions for SMEs
Identify, engage, and negotiate partnerships with tools, software companies, SMB platforms and strategic collaborators
Work with engineering to ensure better alignment between product and partners
Fully own P&L of the channel
Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
Manage ongoing partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to maximize mutual value
Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B partnership management, business development, or alliance roles, ideally in fintech or SMB sectors
Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape
Results-driven with a track record of building and scaling successful partnerships
Skilled at relationship management and stakeholder engagement across diverse teams and external partners
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving fintech environment
Eligible to work in the USA without requiring visa sponsorship
