About the role

  • Managing and selling Table Games and Electronic Table Games (ETGs) to licensed casino operators
  • Enhancing customer service quality and satisfaction
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Table Games and ETGs
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to customers
  • Identifying customer requirements specific to Table Games and ETGs
  • Maintaining updated account listings and call sheets
  • Collecting credit history information and preparing sales contracts
  • Providing estimated delivery dates and keeping customers informed
  • Generating regular forecast reports and identifying sales opportunities
  • Reporting competitive trends and issues to management

Requirements

  • More than three years of sales experience
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Table Games and ETGs within the gaming industry
  • Preferred prior experience with major gaming manufacturers specializing in Table Games and ETGs
  • Understanding of Table Games and ETGs technology and operational nuances
  • Ability to learn and implement commercial objectives for Table Games and ETGs in customer settings
  • Demonstrated success in developing territory and customer base for Table Games and ETGs
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, sales proposals, and presentation materials
