About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment between financial goals and day-to-day execution.
- Drive financial visibility by owning reporting, forecasting, KPI setting, and board-ready communications.
- Lead strategic projects that require both financial rigor and operational follow-through — from building models to coordinating implementation across teams.
- Step into critical gaps in company operations: streamline processes, improve internal systems, and ensure execution on key initiatives.
- Act as a force multiplier for leadership by tackling high-priority projects (strategic finance, operations, or special projects) and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in Investment banking or Management Consulting and ideally, 2 years in a high-growth startup
- Strong financial modeling skills and Excel proficiency
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects independently
- Experience partnering with non-finance teams and explaining financial concepts to cross-functional stakeholders
