Responsibilities
You work as part of our interdisciplinary team on challenging projects for insurers and banks.
You address quantitative and actuarial issues in the areas of risk management, actuarial mathematics and data analysis.
You use data-driven and AI-supported methods to make models, analyses and processes more efficient and accurate.
You develop and validate models and tools on topics such as Solvency II, asset-liability management (ALM) or reporting.
You take responsibility in strategically relevant, interdisciplinary projects.
You contribute to the further development of our quantitative service portfolio and bring your own ideas for new topics and solution approaches.
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in (business) mathematics, physics, statistics or business economics (BWL/VWL).
(Several years of) professional experience in management consulting or within financial services providers.
Solid knowledge in risk management and/or finance (e.g. Solvency II, ORSA, ALM, IFRS 9) and/or in actuarial practice.
Affinity for data, programming and modern analytics technologies – ideally with knowledge of R or Python.
Initial experience in applying AI or machine learning in a quantitative environment.
Qualification as an Actuary (DAV), CFA or Data Scientist is an advantage or can be part of your future career path.
