About the role
- Finance Executive managing daily operations and managing accounting functions for Love, Bonito's growth. Ensuring compliance, financial reporting, and best practices for efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly closing activities, including drafting of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Assist to prepare monthly management reports and financial statements for local and group reporting.
- Assist in managing compliance with financial regulations and support internal and external audit processes when needed.
- Provide support to team members as and when needed.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting operation efficiency and implement best practices to streamline processes
Requirements
- Up to 1 -2 years of relevant experience (preferably having experience in full set accounts including fixed assets, accruals, prepayments etc)
- Possess an Accounting/Finance Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Proficient in verbal and written English & Bahasa
- Willing to learn and adapt to a fast paced, fast-changing environment
- Experience in SQL and SAP B1 will be an advantage
