Graduates in Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland , Kirikiriroa /Hamilton , and Pōneke / Wellington.
Experience in mergers, acquisitions and valuations.
Collaborate with our Corporate Finance team, which is the highest performing of its kind in New Zealand.
Help shareholders and executives find value by providing mergers and acquisitions advice, financial-focused strategic advice, modelling services, business and intangible asset valuations and general corporate finance advice.
Identify targets for acquisition, raising business capital, valuing companies or intangible assets, assisting with executive incentive plans, and negotiating strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with Finance, Economics or Accounting majors
Bachelor of Laws conjoint
Bachelor of Engineering
Bachelor of Science (with majors in mathematics or statistics) conjoint with finance or accounting
Ideally have done some papers in accounting, as the ability to analyse financial statements is a core skill.
