Responsibilities
Oversee global finance for a multinational manufacturing group
Lead and support global financial consolidation and preparation of group financial statements
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and multi ‑ year financial planning
Ensure consistent application of IFRS, group accounting policies, and statutory requirements across international entities
Develop and maintain global financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
Drive manufacturing finance excellence including cost accounting and variance analysis
Provide high ‑ quality financial insights, variance analysis, and performance reporting to Group Finance and the Global Leadership Team
Drive standardization and continuous improvement of global finance processes, controls, and reporting cycles
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics
CPA strongly preferred (or equivalent professional qualification)
Strong working knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
