Responsibilities

Anticiper et évaluer les risques et impacts d’une transaction, élaborer et recommander des solutions.
Soutenir la rédaction d'ententes de confidentialité, lettres d'entente, ententes de partenariat et autres documents juridiques.
Créer et gérer des modèles pour les types de contrats fréquemment utilisés.
Développer des outils de gestion de contrats, notamment en exploitant le CRM (Salesforce).
Servir de point de contact clé fournissant des renseignements clients aux différents départements.
Participer à divers projets spéciaux liés aux activités commerciales et juridiques de l’entreprise.
Aider les autres membres du département légal avec contrats, modèles, recherches juridiques et autres tâches; développer des compétences en négociation.
Under the supervision of the Contract Management Lead, collaborate with Sales to draft, revise and tailor services agreements, amendments, and related contractual documents using standard templates.
Anticipate and assess deal risks and impacts; develop and recommend solutions.
Support drafting of NDAs, letters of agreement, partnership agreements and other legal documentation.
Create and manage templates for frequently used contract types.
Develop contract management tools, including leveraging CRM (Salesforce).
Serve as a key point of contact providing client information to various company departments.
Participate in a wide range of special projects pertaining to the company’s business and legal operations.
Assist legal department members with contracts, templates, legal research, issues, and other duties; develop negotiation skills to handle customer negotiations.
Requirements
Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle d’administration de contrats ou de soutien juridique.
Expérience dans la négociation de contrats.
Diplôme connexe au domaine juridique (DEC, Baccalauréat, Certificat...) ou combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience.
Excellente connaissance de MS Office, une expérience avec Salesforce est un atout.
Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé, le français est un plus.
Solides compétences analytiques, souci du détail et capacité à prendre des initiatives.
Motivé, organisé et capable de travailler de manière autonome, avec un haut degré de précision.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a contract administration role or legal support role.
Contract negotiation experience.
Diploma related to the legal field (DEC, bachelor’s degree, Certificate ...) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; experience with Salesforce is an asset.
Exceptional written and spoken English; French is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to take initiative.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently, with a high degree of accuracy.
