About the role

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes based on client requirements
  • Leveraging multiple recruiting channels to identify and attract top talent
  • Sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Managers and HRBPs
  • Keeping the candidate database accurate and up to date
  • Managing offers and participating in negotiations
  • Continuously improving recruitment tools, methods, and processes
  • Preparing reports on recruitment progress and sharing market insights with senior management

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, including full-cycle processes
  • Some experience or interest in technical recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and professional networks for sourcing
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
