About the role

  • Partner with each Business Unit to develop and calendar marketing plans aligned with growth priorities
  • Lead BU-specific programs across formats such as client success stories, case studies, presentations, email, paid digital, social and events
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in design, message and tone across all channels
  • Develop and refine content for BU campaigns including client stories, case studies and supporting materials
  • Work with BUs and Sales Operations to package Walker’s offerings into market-ready solutions for campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Ensure all content reflects Walker’s brand strategy and reinforces our position as a leader in Experience Management consulting
  • Leverage ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to streamline idea generation, writing and campaign planning
  • Collaborate with team members to evaluate campaign results and apply insights to future efforts
  • Guide channel strategy and motivate marketing teammates to produce impactful, on-brand work
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to gather input and keep marketing projects on schedule
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or relevant experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B or professional services marketing
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing plans
  • Familiar with partner or channel marketing models
