Requirements
Providing the regional OP teams with the technical support and knowledge by participating in the negotiations with the telecoms and identifying telecoms’ needs and the possible technical solutions.
Collecting the technical requirements.
Designing the technical solutions and service integration plans.
Presenting the technical solutions, assessing if the telecom’s requirements fall out of scope or not and if they do, escalating internally.
Conducting the demos and POCs.
Delivering the technical documentations.
Handling the technical and security questionnaires.
Acting as a Project Manager in the solution design, integration and testing phases.
Supporting the regional OP teams in the closing phase.
Ensuring that all the projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Having an overview of the telecom requirements and providing feedback to the Product Development to steer the development of the product features.
Having a detailed overview of Infobip’s products and solutions from a technical perspective and understanding the commercial point of view (having a basic grasp of the commercial strategy and what a successful project would need from that point of view); keeping track of any changes and upgrades.
The engineer on this level focuses on learning Infobip’s products and solutions as well as the business processes.
Having an intermediate level understanding on project management, s/he successfully performs project related tasks, consults with the senior engineers, Solution Architects and Solution Managers on the assigned projects/telecoms.
