About the role

  • Create, plan, and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring consistency with brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Develop engaging social media campaigns to increase visibility, follower engagement, and brand awareness in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Communications Director and EMEA Marketing Director to align local initiatives with the global strategy.
  • Produce and edit visual and multimedia content, including photography, short-form video (Reels), and promotional graphics.
  • Monitor social media channels daily, responding to community engagement and identifying opportunities for audience growth.
  • Prepare analytics reports to assess campaign performance and propose improvements based on engagement metrics.
  • Support marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and event coverage, including incentive trips and corporate events across Europe.
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and platform updates to continuously optimise performance.
  • Perform other marketing and creative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and branding strategy.
  • Proficiency in photography, light video editing, and basic graphic design.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian; proficiency in French or Spanish is an advantage (not required).
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset with strong analytical ability to assess social media effectiveness and audience insights.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and collaborates effectively with global teams.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media, marketing, or a similar creative role.
  • Experience in the direct selling or multi-level marketing (MLM) industry is an advantage.
