About the role
- Social Media Specialist responsible for content development on AGAPLESION's career platforms. Engaging storytelling and collaboration with over 100 healthcare facilities in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Development, planning and implementation of high-quality social media content for our corporate career channels
- Responsible for editorial planning, topic generation, copywriting, visual language, and content production
- First point of contact for over 100 AGAPLESION facilities in Germany regarding social media, employer branding, and career communication
- Analyze relevant KPIs, monitor trends, and continuously develop our social media strategy
- Collaborate on video and photo productions, build campaigns, and develop new, innovative content formats
Requirements
- Education or degree in social media, marketing, communications, media, design, or a comparable qualification
- Initial to substantial experience in social media management, content creation, or employer branding – ideally with a portfolio or work samples
- Confident use of Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud as well as social media tools
- Enthusiasm for photo and video production
- Structured, independent, and at the same time collaborative working style
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and openness
